Bryan and his wife Gabriela welcomed the newest member of the Panico Design family, Gianni Enzo Panico on May 12, 2023. Their first, Luca Biagio, was born on September 28, 2021.
ABOUT
Founded in 2019, Panico Design is a land development and custom home construction company serving the state of Connecticut. The principal owner Bryan Panico is a lifelong North Branford, CT resident and accomplished architect, project engineer, and general contractor specializing in residential remodeling and additions.
Bryan received his Bachelor's in Architecture and Engineering from the New England Institute of Technology in 2010. He completed his Master's in Architecture at the University of Hartford in 2014, graduating with Honors. Bryan is a licensed Home Improvement Contractor (HIC.0656080) and a licensed New Home Construction Contractor (NHC.0016492) in the state of Connecticut, as well as an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects.
Bryan has worked at the office of Cole Engineering, Surveying, and Planning since 2014, where he designs subdivisions, residential and commercial developments, stormwater management systems, and numerous other civil engineering projects throughout Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts.
